"Thank you for making our wedding truly spectacular. Everyone has commented on how amazing the setting was. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. It was our dream wedding. No dramas, nothing even to think about except our marriage to each other and catching up with friends and family. Kim was fantastic on all levels – from sending me text messages to ease my panic about the weather, to handling my neurotic florist when it all got too much! Thank you for a very special day that we, and all our guests, will never forget." Cass & Sam

Cass & Sam's Wedding was just amazing and one we will always remember!

They chose to marry by a lilyfilled lake on a private property in Cooroy with 190 of their closest friends. The theme was French Provincial with white washed features combined with rustic wrought iron and sweet touches of lavender. It was extra special that the purple Jacaranda Trees were in flower and the lilies on the pond were lavender as well!

The bridal procession arrived in White Vintage Jags along the winding country road and made their way down the french vanilla aisle runner lined with white satin ribbons and more lavendar to Bernard Fannings "Watch Over Me". A stunning Wrought Iron Archway created a lovely "alter" with the lake glissening in the background and a gorgeous sunset lit the area with an amazing glow.

Guests enjoyed Pink Grapefruit & Blood Orange flavoured Tiro Waters during congratulations and photos, then with Thoroughbred Racehorses galloping in the background guests were lead by our wedding planers along a cobbled road lined with white flares and lavendar to a stunning marquee situated on an island in the middle of the lake!

Sam's Cousin, Ben, played acoustic guitar as guests arrived to enjoy champagne and drinks by the lake watching the sunset over the lake in the distance, and the bridal party gallavanting through the hills (to the Sound of Music - hee hee!)

Guests retrieved their names from a rustic wooden "clothesline" with little pegs for them to know where they were seated for the evening.

As light fell guests made their way to a stunning open air lakeside marquee. Complete with billowing silk, elegant black chandeliers over every table (which one was bought by the grooms sister as a wedding gift for them to have in their house to remember the special day) with the table number positioned over each table, guests were greeted at their table with minaiture locally produced honeypots and the intoxicating scent of frescias & fresh garden rose arrangements from Phoebe Stephens that also featured (of course) lavendar sprigs! French Provincial frames held the menu for the evening and the simple but elegant white tiffany chairs completed the theme.

A huge 14 m sq indoor/outdoor stage and dancefloor was constructed with spot lighting over the lake to highlight surrounding fig and country trees.

A gorgeous 5 tier white chocolate mud cake covered in shaved coconut and surrounded by lily of the valley wreath was the main centrepiece of the room.

Then off to the side we designed a "Coffee & Cheese" Open Lounge to take in the lovely views of the lake and complete with Vanilla & Plush Red Royal French Provincial Lounge Chairs, cheese & coffee buffet with as many candelabra as you could fit into one room.

Whilst dinner, incorporating tasty morsels of "Trio of Flavours" for entree then Eye Fillet of Angus Beef or Slow Cooked Hinterland Duckling in Mandarin Reduction was served, the ever popular "Swing Central" in 5 piece ensemble entertained with everyone tapping their feet during the dinner. The love in the room was amazing and it was very difficult to get the 190 guests to sit and eat as all they wanted to do was be together, talk, drink and celebrate!!

After some very heartwarming speeches Cass & Sam danced to "Into my Arms" then Afrodizziact cranked up the volume with some really funky tunes. The only sad thing about the evening was that it must come to an end - the plush Signature Buses took guests back to Noosa with Sam & Cass waving their goodbyes from the back of their stretch limousine.

We have conducted many weddings however this one had to have been one of the most Warming - there was so much love for Cass & Sam and absolutely everyone in the room just loved each other sooo much we could tell that Cass & Sam were an extremely special couple -  not only to their family & friends but to everyone they touched (including us!). They were absolutely delightful to work with and only had one request - they just wanted THE BEST!!!  Thank you a million times over Cass & Sam for an amazing experience!
